1. What Are We At?

Scripture: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.
If anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me”. – Revelation 3:20


2. God Justifieth The Ungodly

Scripture: But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness – Romans 4:5

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. – 1 Timothy 1:15


3. It is God That Justifieth

Scripture: Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? – Micah 7:18

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect?

It is God who justifies. – Romans 8:33


4. Concerning Deliverance from Sinning: By Grace Through Faith

Scripture: Will you play with him as with a bird, Or will you leash him for your maidens? – Job 41:5

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. -Ezekiel 36:26


5. Faith, What Is It? How May Faith Be Illustrated?

Scripture: For by grace you have been saved through faith… – Ephesians 2:8

… and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? – Romans 10:14

And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!” -Luke 9:35


6. Why Are We Saved by Faith?

Scripture: Not of works, lest any man should boast. – Ephesians 2:9


7. Alas! I Can Do Nothing!

Scripture: For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. – Romans 5:6

And again another Scripture says, “They shall look on Him whom they pierced.” – John 19:37


8. The Increase of Faith: Regeneration and the Holy Spirit

Scripture: They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved- you and your household.” – Acts 16:31

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. – Matthew 11:28


9. My Redeemer Liveth: Repentance Must Go with Forgiveness

Scripture: For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: – Job 19:25

Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. – Hebrews 7:25


10. How Repentance Is Given: The Fear of Final Falling

Scripture: God exalted him at his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. – Acts 5:31


11. Confirmation: Why Saints Persevere: Close

Scripture: who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. – 1 Corinthians 1:8

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.” – John 10:28-30

For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. – Romans 6:14-23

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. – 1 John 1:7
